New Year's Resolutions or New YOU Resolutions
I've heard that people only stick with New Year's Resolutions for 22 days on average. Most times, people have the same resolutions every year since they didn't accomplish them.
Well, think of them as New YOU Resolutions instead. So, instead of focusing on how this new YEAR will improve, it will be about how YOU will improve. The difference? We have to take care of "#1" first, & we do that in smaller, shorter steps (weekly, monthly) rather than thinking of the entire year. Thru reaching those steps, we will see how the year IS improving for ourselves & others around us.
