I'm down 2"+ to 30" waist & 154 lbs with only 11.9% body fat & 64.4% body water... according to my new-fangled scale!  At 5' 10", I'm very happy with those numbers!  I'll keep working on the body fat percentage, though, because I wanna see SINGLE DIGITS!
