Getting healthier is 80% 'diet' & 20% activity.  What that means is, what you eat & drink is 80% of your health & weight results, whereas exercise & being active is 20%.  A good friend of mine has lost 120 pounds in just over 2 years, & has improved his health immensely by changing his diet; NOT DIETING, but CHANGING what he eats & drinks.  By the way, he does NOT exercise regularly at all, though he should as we all should.

I cycle a lot, & obviously that helps me, BUT I know MANY 'stronger' cyclists than me that are not or CANNOT lose extra weight.  Our difference?  Zija's all-natural products!

Our business is truly blessed with having such AMAZING products that are helping COUNTLESS people WORLDWIDE, but our products are simply a BONUS!  What I focus on in the business side since SO many people can use extra money or KNOW people that can use extra money.  Again, since the products do their own work, we don't have to focus on that at all!
